Distressed consumer

I have contacted Capitec Bank regarding assistance during the Covid-19 situation. I spoke to a supervisor Lyle Cupido 24/03/2020 who told me that he is unable to assist me but he will add a note on the system and I should contact them again once my debit order went off. I call again today spoke to a Thombeka/Tobeka who had such an attitude. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she merely said no one is available. I asked her if they are not able to assist does this mean they want me to go under debt review and she said well if I want to go to debt review I can go but she cannot assist me. Now I feel that taking the current situation we as a country are facing and the statement the president is making why is it that only the 3 major banks Nedbank, Standard bank and Fnb has made statement to assist their consumer. So where does this leave the distressed consumer. Cause what the bank is telling you is they don't care if you struggle just make sure you make payment. Being a loyal customer of Capitec bank for the last 2 years paying my accounts never skipped once and know I am in distressed they simply saying they cannot help me. As per the president lock down it was said they have communicated with the financial institutions so how can Capitec just say they cannot help.
