Dissatisfied with capitec poor service

I'm very dissatisfied with capitec. . i declined mandate from dealdirect mn***5-1 3 ties but only to find out mandate was approved by capitec and this is not the first . please kindly removed that mandate in my profile. this people are ****ming.. i didn join any of their contract. i told them i don't want debi check in ky account. if they debit my money capitec must refund me back because i declined their mandate 3x
