Dissatisfied with capitec bank
I went to capitec bank with a ********** query, and the consultant failed to assist me. I had to leave the premises with dissatisfaction. I am so disappointed wirh their level of security when it comes to online banking. My card is always in my possession and I couldn't close my account because there were transactions pending, the very same transactions I was disputing. Capitec bank is THE WORST BANK EVER.
