Dissatisfied Customer

I'm writing this complaint because of the disappointing service my husband received from Capitec. My husband RS Sefanyetso is currently unemployed for a period of time.Last year on the 10 September 2025,I received a call from KGB Attorneys stating that they were instructed by Capitec Bank to issue summons against my husband as he is owing them for a credit card owing R42000.00 and a personal loan owing R80000.00 that were open on the same day in February 2023.My problem is when you apply for such huge amounts you need to provide proof of income to qualify. Since my husband does not have any income who approved the loan and the credit card, also how can he apply on the same day for the two huge amounts. Capitec didn't do any due diligence when approving for those two products. On the 11 or 12 September 2024 my husband met with 2 Capitec forensic investigators whereby they went with him to Brooklyn police station to write an affidavit that he has never app**** for any credit with the bank since he does not have any income, they also checked his account to see if the funds were paid into his account and they it was never paid.My problem is we are still getting this calls and sms's from KGB attorneys for payments of the debt he knows nothing about and Capitec investigators are also not giving us any feedback about how far is their investigation. They are busy sending reference numbers saying they are offering us 40% discounts on the money that we never received or app**** for. What I need from Capitec now is clear up those two accounts and to get a paid up letter that shows they have cleared my husband's name
