Dissatisfied customer

I had a very bad experience with capitec bank. I've been banking with them for 9years now and this is the first time I'm actually disappointed. I was offered a loan i did not ask for unaware, no agreement paperwork give to me and all they tell me now is that there's nothing they can do to assist me or even cancel it
