Dissatisfied Capitec client

What is the point of having too many ATM's situated in many areas if we are not going to get our money!!!This is day light *******!!!I've heard many stories about capitec saswitch atm where some of my colleagues withdrew cash and did not get it;yesterday I withdrawn cash at a Capitec saswitch ATM outside Spar Observatory lower main to my shock the atm gave me R1000 instead of R1200 ;and the ATM slip showed that I withdrawn R1200.I called the call centre then I was advised they will investigate because on their end it shows the money was taken and it will take 30 days for investigation;tell me in the meantime what must I do as I need my money!I've banked with capitec bank for many years I am so not happy at all I think I should close the account this is unacceptable!
