Dissapointed with capitec over frozen account

I have received the bad service from capitec Being hold for over an hour now.my account is frozen n i need my funds to continue with life. Even after providing them with all necessary docs to show that i ddnt receive the money **********ly they still blocking my account really disappointed with capitec.

Its being over 72hours already and capitec is still quiet
Apparently waiting for forensics department
If its one bank that im not willing to associate myself with its this ******* of a bank
U cannot even give me a turnaround time for the matter to be resolved
Mxm such a dissapointing bank
