Dissapointed with Capitec

Am really dissapointed with Capitec they closes my Account on july because of funds i recieve and well i have submitted affidavit explaining the issue and i have my funds on my account and they promise that thwy will send me an email that will allow me to withdraw my money but still today nothing, i really needs my funds that was my budget for christmas clothes for my kids
