Dissapointed by Capitec - a bank i once trusted and loved

Bad service from the capitec forensic team. They put me on their ***** list more than 5 years ago without notifying me; asked for little to none information, and now they want me to prove things that is out of my control. I am not allowed to open a banking account ANYWHERE. I am so disappointed and i wonder how they claim to be doing forensics when they are failing to do internal forensic investigations within their own departments... As this is where it all started.
