Dissapointed

Dear Capitec Bank

I have been a Capitec client for more than 5years, I was approved for a loan of R7000 payable over 6 months.

I settled the loan within 3 months, but now when I am trying to apply for a bigger amount Capitec is declining me that I do not meet Capitec requirements/ assessment.

Can some1 please explain to me what requirements are you looking for after so many years I am with Capitec please elaborate.

I feel Capitec is not taking care of us as your clients, you will get customers that are banking with different institutions and gets approved big loans and yet they have same requirements as me. I trust Capitec bank with my salary why cant you do the same and trust me with a loan

I am truly disappointed .
