Dissapearing airtime

<p>I hate how my money disappears every time I recharge airtime.</p> <p>I keep receiving error saying the app is offline after recharging though and the error keeps saying the money is going to be reversed the next day but that never happens. I'm so furious right now because that was the only money in my account and I wanted to make a call</p> <p> </p> <p>And it's not the first time</p>
