Disrespectful consultant
On the 06th December I called Capitec collections to inquire about my loan.The Guy gave me an attitude and he even sweared at me with my private parts.ive locked the complain with the manager and I’ve received the *** but no one ever called me.just wanna know if it’s a service we have to receive to be sweared at by your employers?
