Disrespected

<p>This morning I went to a Capitec Bank in Kwa Thema to submit my FICA documents, the lady who was assisting me asked why my surnames are not the same and informed her that I changed my surname after being married. She asked for a marriage certificate and unfortunately I did not have and asked her if there isn't any other way we can prove that I am the person stated but she called someone else to come explain to me. Unfortunately the lady whos was assisting was very rude and disrespectful because she just said they can't help and if i am not willing to go back for what she has requested it means she will stand with me and argue with me the whole day. She did not have a name tag on but she said her name is Ntombi, I am not sure if that is her real name. I really felt disregarded and felt like I am being spat on my face.</p>
