Disrespect towards fellow colleagues!- Johan

Just the other day a friend asked me to accompany her to Capitec Bank in Centurion mall, this was my second visit there and I must say, I was disgusted by the attitude displayed by one of the employees- Johan. On both occasion I have witness him addressing his fellow black colleagues with such attitude and disrespect as if their are just his servants. If he isn't ashamed to speak to his team mates like that in front of clients, I can only imagine how he treats his clients. I hope this is addressed with Mnr Johan as I felt humiliated and can only imagine how the ladies might be feeling being addressed in that manner by a male of a different race!
