Disputing Process failed me BIG TIME

Absolutely disappointed about a dispute that was closed via your system and only now to find that I need to start this all over from scratch, the Agent I spoke to has no empathy at all and literally spoke over me when I tried to talk, your services online is way different to when walking into a branch and that absolutely SUCKS - its already so challenging out there in life and when you trust a Financial institution to do its due diligence you get absolutely terrible service - Capitec this is why you lose customers
