Disputed Debicheck

I made a loan in 2019 at Bayport Financial Services and I lost my job due to Covid 19. Bayport handed me over to their lawyers and when they contacted me , a year ago, I told them that I am unemployed. They never called again, so there was no arrangement made or a PTP. I received my first salary on Thursday and Bayport debited my account....my full salary....no warning from the bank that there was a debiceck on my account. I went to the branch in Atlantis and the consultant told me that it can't be reverse. I even called Customer Care and they can't help me. So does this mean I have to close my account and open a new Account? And how secure is my money in my account, if Company can set a debicheck on my account with no warning from the bank? Will someone please help me...I really need that money.
