Dispute resolution Restricted in the Debit order

The Bank is insensitive and mischievous towards its customers trying to please the third parties by refusing reversal or Dispute resolution in their facilities .I wanted to reverse the deduction from my Metropolitan Insurance because I have found a favorable product from Capitec Bank to ensure my siblings because the one from Metropolitan Insurance is quite expensive .. The Capitec Bank employee tried to help me to stop the debit order but the gentleman was unable to reverse the transaction but it was hampered by their system
