Dispute from capitec

hi am Thandi last month i payed my funeral policy with my app only to find out that they will also debit not once but twice So i payed my cover 3 times on the same month so went to the branch to query since i couldn't despute on my side They logged a call told me i will get my money with 24hours The next day i sas refunded one amount remember i payed 3times chat with them on whatsapp the person i got told me to wait 48hours after that chat with them again was told to wait 7- 14 days went to the branch again they said 30days there days keep extending last friday i tried my luck again on whtsapp they said they sending it to the correct department later that day got a call from their call centre they told me my money will be in within 48hours till today

Happend 27 dec 2023 today is the 24 jan 2024 still nothing
