Dear Capitec
i made a payment last month to SMR Capital only to discover that it was a **** targeting accommodation seekers,they tell you if they cant find you a place they refund you,i have tried to call them as they have not found me anything they ignored my calls after the payment. i have been trying to reverse the payment with no success. i went to the bank and got no assistance.
please help as i want my money back
