Bank with Capitec but made a withdrawal at and Absa express atm at Total garage Winchester Hills, after waiting for more than 20 mi utes no money came out and the Atm rebooted, also no slip came out due to the reboot, called Capitec to log a dispute and probably a month later or more than a month later there has been no resolution and no one has bothered to follow up with me, although it was a small amount it is still my money and i must say i feel as though my matter is ignored because of the withdrawal amount which is not fair.
