Dismal service. Was about to give 5 stars. Now rate as minus 5

Would have given 5 stars. Opened an account today at Norwood branch. Excellent service. Tried to use internet banking. Can't sign in using my account number and PIN. Phoned the helpline . They told me I need a "token" which is only available at a branch. I can't take more time off work to go in. Have to close the new account which is less than 12 hours old
