Disingenuous of Capitec Bank

I wrote such a complimentary comment on Twitter about the excellent (note, not great not good) service I received when Savana of Capitec Bank @West Coast Mall Vredenburg assisted me. I received a response from Capitec Bank thanking me and promising to convey this to the Branch and consultant. Two months on and after enquiring .....nothing. Its not fat cats sitting in their airconditioned offices receiving fat bonuses driving the most expensive subsidised luxury cars that keep us customers happy but rather the service we receive at the coal face the ambassadors of the company like Savana who keep me as a client of Capitec Bank. It is rather disingenuous of Capitec Bank to say on a social platform that they would pass my appreciation not so much to the Branch but certainly to the consultant and in this case Savana.
