Dishonest Staff and *********** management at the Capitec Bank in Evaton Mall in the Vaal

Hi

My name is Nosipho Ndumiso. I just deposited money at your Evaton branch, I gave the cashier R500 to deposit into my account but she claims that I gave her R300. I then asked to speak to the manager regarding the matter, and asked her to please forward my query to the customer care line. She said she sent an email to the regional manager but didn't give me any reference number or proof to show that the complaint was sent. Her Name is Thando Motau
