Dishonest service from Capitec business banker

I bank with Capitec business and my relationship banker called me on 10 April informing me that the company was pre approved for a loan. We agree on the phone what the installment will be and also the date monthly when it will be deducted. He send the agreement to be signed and funds were transferred into the company account. As from the next day, every day that money comes into the account Capitec deducted 5% from the income. When I queried this I was informed that it was a new type of loan (pay as you earn) and that they will keep on deducting until a double premium was collected and then the next month it will start over again. This was never explained by the banker and is not stated in the contract either....I mailed complaints department and until today nothing was sorted out ......this is dishonest as information was withheld from me in order to get a deal for the bank......unacceptable, terrible service from a bank you should be able to trust with your money.
