Dishonest ******* not caring about their customers.

On 2 September 2024 i reported ***** on my account and received ref nr ***7 and received a email saying i have 5 days to submit avidavit and case etc on the 4th not even 48 hours later received email case is closed sorry. Did not even allow me to get police case etc in before closing the case. They allow multiple ***** on your account and then just sent email sorry u were a ***** victim but we tried to get your money back but sorry we can not try and trace your funds....... Think they take it them self such a pity moving from big bank to capitec as if something like this happens at other banks they tried their best to assist u not capitec worst bank ever
