Dishonest and rude consultant

Worse service ever and dishonest from Themba Churu who works for capitec. I highly doubt if he even gave me his correct name. On the 23 of June, capitec deducted my money that was sent by a friend for emergency. I was supposed to buy plane ticket same say but guess what, i couldn't because they took whole 2.8. When i phoned to ask why, they told me a bull**** story that since my payday was nearer that happens. It was put at jeopardy by this as i knew I pay my bills on the 25th. I'm still extremely upset because Themba promised that Nolufefe Tfhazibane will call me but she never did. I was also disgusted by the tone of the consultant, acting as if what they did was correct. Are we not supposed tp recieve emergency money from family now because our pay dates are nearer. I never had an agreement of paying my bills with capitec on the 23rd & I'm still angry because my son needes me that day but because of stupid capitec I was left broke again.
