Disgusting Support of their clients

Never take a loan from Capitec! They are very quick to give you money but when it comes to support a client post retrenchment? Absolutely disgusting that in 5 months time, I have begged and pleaded for assistance without any help. I've now involved the Ombudsman. Rather go to another bank, hopefully they will care enough to at least respond to your emails and calls
