Disgusting service from Merchantile Bank / Capitec DONT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF MOVING ACCOUNTS!!!!
Capitec that now owns Merchantile for Business account
we tried to open a business account with Capitec and the service received from Justin King is possibly the worst attitude and service we have received in our entire banking life. my Partner was going to move from FNB to Merchantile with his business account and we dedided to close our accounts due to this!!!
RATHER PAY THE HIGHER FEES FOR DECENT SERVICE
