Disgusting service from Capitec Consultants

I just spoke to a very disrespectful Capitec consultant by the name of Mbazo or something and he told me I'm being personal by asking his surname. I ask to speak to a manager, he says he has already spoken to a manager on my behalf and I can't speak to a manager. I honestly haven't had much confidence in Capitec and the few consultants that I spoke to this week just showed me why I shouldn't trust Capitec at all and I'm definitely closing my account.
