Disgusting service from Capitec Bank

It has come to my attention that Capitec Bank has been authorizing companies to debit my account without my approval and when I log this as ********** activities on my account i am informed i have to open a ******** case. I expect Capitec to protect my account from an unauthorized debit orders. 2 debit orders from DMC and Clientele which i didn't authorize. Meaning my account is no longer safe with Capitec anyone can debit it as they please.
