Disgusting service

Worst bank of them all when it comes to deceased account. If you are using Capitec bank, just know your loved ones will suffer before getting what is due to them. I hate that bank with passion. If you are using that bank for your salary or savings, my advise to you is run and get a reputable bank. To make matters worse, everything is done at the head office. It’s over 7 months now still waiting for my fathers money to be transferred from savings account to the estate account. If they frustrate the attorneys, then you must know something is wrong. My attorney is very frustrated and in future, they will refuse to assist any client with Capitec bank.
