Disgusting Service by manager and staff

Capitec bank manager at Kwamashu center does not deserve to be called or be a mananger Lungile Ntuli and her staff member Jabulise Mkhize.This morning as me and fiance walked into the bank Jabulise offered to spray us with sanitizer ,we refused because we already had our own sanitized wet wipes.Jabulisile said she is not going to assist us if we do not sanitize.We even proved to her that it is wet.She plainly refuses to give us at ticket number.What shocked me and anger me and mu fiance is that the manager was right there +-2 metres away from us and she had the back and fourth argument but she did not interven.She and here other staff looked at us like we are lunatics.I had to ask for a manager,but to my amazement she was right behind us.When she approached us she diddn't even greet us she just stood there and pouted her mouth.I started by saying that,Im not gona repeat myself because you were right here from the begining but you just sat there and did not intervene like a manager.The answer she gave us was.Was I suppose to shout aswell.I could not believe my ears.I asked her that you ate not going to apologise. And said we can go out of the bank.This ****ed me off .I'm puzzeled to the fact of what is a role of a manager.I need these two dealt withASAP.I have a video of the whole conversation.And I also want to move my account, if this is not handled in a good professional manner And I promise to go to the media with this footage.
