Disgusting service

I’m so disgusted with your guys service and not being able to handle complaints... I want my money back..in even looking at my statement it doesn’t make sense.. on the 8th I transferred R500 into my account and my account came on R0.40.. I want to don’t out why because everytime I use Capitec account I made sure I transfer the money that I’m going to need at that particular time.. also I transferred 3380 on the 10th and you took 408... I don’t understand why you guys telling me that it was money pending because my account has never been on overdraft.. don’t come and try to be rich with peoples money..I want my money back !!!!!!!
