Disgusting service

Capitec Bayside Mall in Tableview is by far the worst customer experience I have ever endured.

I came to get a card and I waited for a good 30 minutes without being served , the consultants were busy having a fat chat with one another knowing well that there are customers waiting to be assisted. The service is disgusting
