Disgusting SErvice

Once again I find that I total apathy and Captec do not follow through on their promises. I am missing a foreign payment from November and All the banks Nationwide UK , intermediary banks HSBCSA and Capitec all just throw hand in the air and say sorry can't help ...R 10000 and they say its my problem. Really useless and unhelpful. Just ***** money and clients must accept it. next step Banking ombudsman.
