Disgusting Service

<p>I recently hello petered Capitec due to them debiting money from my account even though it was a loan. They got back to me and said they required documents stating that it was a loan and sent it through to them but got a response that they cannot help me. I am already in financial dire straits and now I must pay back money to someone else that I do not have......... Will not be using my Capitec account in future and will advise everyone that I know about the service that I received. I am simply disgusted that money was taken from my account without my knowledge and when I tried to explain that the money was for someone else I got a dont care attitude. So sad that a bank that was suppose to help you in your time of need will actually be the bank to put you in need. And to think I only opened the account to switch from my bank to Capitec now there is no chance that will happen.</p>
