Disgusting service

My name is Prince Mphokane, ID number ***. I am writing this because of the disgusting service I received from your bank. I am actually multibanked and on the advise of a colleague, I actually opened up an account with your establishment two months ago. About two weeks ago I sent R3000 to myself via cash send and when I withdrew it, the atm only disbursed R400 instead of R3000. I immediately called your contact centre to report this to which an incident was raised and I was advised that this would be resolved in 7 working days. It's been over two weeks and I am yet to receive my money. I decided to follow up this week and this time I was told that the dispute would take a further 30 working days to be resolved. That's 30 working days for someone to literally balance an ATM to verify the amount of notes that it disbursed on the day in question. I have actually had it and would like for you to give me your CEO's contact details so that I can lay an official complaint. In fact, it's is my intention to take this to the ombudsman so I would appreciate a reference number for this complaint so that I can start the process. Believe me when I say I don't mind going this route. I work for a bank so I understand how balancing an atm works and this doesn't take more than 5 working days. I missed my rental as a result of this inconvenience. Additionally, I will be closing my account if this is not resolved in 24hrs but that will not be before I make sure that this is logged with the ombudsman.
