Disgusting service
Wanted to open two savings accounts for my children. Asked to fill in the FICA forms but in the whole Capitec Branch there was no pen available. Pathetic. Expected to buy a pen or go home to fill in the form. Attitude of the Capitec hostess absolutely pathetic and smacks of incompetence!
