Disgusting service

I am under debit review and have been paying off my credit card via debit review for almost a year. However for some reason in November 2023 capitec decided to cancel my debit review for no reason. I am up to-date with my payments and now they have handed me over to a debit collection agency Ver-Tex Solutions who are very rude and harassing me. I can get up to 12 calls a day. I'm am totally disgusted with capitec in the way they are supposed to be managing this problem. Even my debit counselors are unable to sort it out. I think it is time to move my home loan as the home loan company I'm with is associated with them and close my accounts and move on. How they can cancel something that they approved with the courts I have absolutely 💯 no idea. I have lost total respect for capitec and anything associated with them.
