Disgusting service

I am so disappointed with the Capitec Bank in Hammanskraal branch. Yesterday I went there exactly 2 minutes before 14 hrs. But the door was closed already. Then asked them what time do they close the door. They told me 14hrs.And I told them but it's only minutes to and doors are closed. With attitude they told me they'd been there since 8 in the morning. And it's not the fist time I had bad experience there. They don't care about customers especially the guy at the cashiers point as well. Please advise when are you suppose to close the doors. And is it our problem that they started working at 8,that makes them to close doors earlier?

The manager Mmashadu Mmutle in charge as well told me to ask them nicely, not to ask them about closing time. I needed services not to beg to be helped.. Jubilee Mall branch did not have electricity we had to rush to them to assist. Regards Phindiwe Maleka
