Disgusting customer service these people do not care

i loaded a complaint a week ago regarding capitecs system canceling an official agreement of payment between myself and them all my sttaements shows me what needs to be paid to them which the amounts on the agreement is what i should pay them but according to them that agreement was mistakenly cancelled by their system i am still awaiting their error to be corrected and the sebit order is due Friday which is now putting me in a bad financial situation as i did nit budget for the amount showing i should pay i have 1 person understanding me and trying to help me but the rest of the people and calls i recieves shows no concert at all i am disgusted with their service would not reccomend anyone to deal with them unless they want to get a bad credit rating for something that isn't their fault.
