Disgusting customer service

I have just encountered a very disgusting customer service at a Capitec Bank branch in King William's Town, Stone towers shopping centre this morning. I got there, got my ticket. I was the only customer; I sat there without being attended instead, staff sat in groups having chats laughing out loud. Only when I stood up leaving that they called me so they can help. I couldn't take it, I just left.

I'm very disappointed in them. What's worse is that I was in a hurry and urgently needed to activate my cellphone banking because I need to do some transactions.
