disgusting customer service

On the 2nd of November 2024 my account was debited with an amount that was not agreed upon, i called the Capitec call center for a reversal and they sent me to the nearest branch. at the branch they said the reversal will be done within 48 hours, on the 5th of November i called the call center and they said they do not know what causes the delay, later that day i received an email that they are still investigating, they will call me in 2 hours and that never happened. i am so perturbed and very disgusted with the experience i had with that Bank and i need my money back.
