Disgusting Capitec service and Poor ATM

I am very disappointed in Capitec bank I thought for me as a student it's the easiest bank bank with.I withdrawed money from capiitec bank in Springbok yesterday morning around 9am .The first amount I punched in was over my limit ok then with my card still in the machined I reduced the amount then the I received a receipt saying withdrawal declined error 51 no funds in the account then my card came out too I didn't receive any money but I received a notification of on my capitec App after a couple of minutes that the money is out from my bank.As the Atms in springbok are right just next door to the bank and its never that busy because its a town in a dessert i somer quickly went inside the bank ,i went to consultant they logged a dispute for me for my query to get resolved ok fine i sitted in town the whole day and i decided to go and take a bus home around 12:30 as was i advised i'll get feeback within 24 hours around 12:55 i got a message from capitec bank saying my query got declined.I went back to the bank immediately spoke to manager this time around and she logged another ticket for the call centre,She better shows of her manegeriaI skills this time because the ticket was logged already for her to log a 2nd one for another department.i dont have time for the ****en hide and sick which the capitec call center people a playing.told the consultant in a polite way that the money which disappeared from my bank account which i wanted to go and withdraw is to buy my mother's bus ticket for her to return as she went on a check up to Cape town for her Doctors appointment and she needs to be back at work in monday.Do they think i would ****en waste my time the whole day in town if am lying.I am very disgusted by Capitec and this is not the 1st incident i am experiencing from them.the 1st one i let it slip away now for this 2nd one its a must for me to let people know what a terrible bank you are and i didnt want to be rude at the consultants @Capitec because its not their fault that the poor machines are acting up .I want my money before the end of today as am because Capitec bank is starting to **** me off now.
