Disgusting call centre Reps

I was called by a lady named Tashlyn Abdul from the capitec call centre.

I recently changed jobs, and my pay date has changed because of this my debits were no longer inline with my salary date. She spoke to me about non-payment of my account but was completely disrespectful as if I did not pay her. I try to explain to her that I changed jobs and I would appreciate if she could change my debit dates to my new salary date. The manner in which she spoke to me was condescending and I was not impressed. I hung up the call as I was very disgusted with her service. She called me back and asked me why I hung up very abruptly, I explained to her that I was not her child and I did not appreciate the manner in which she spoke to me. She then tells me there was no manner. I told her I'm a client of capitec and would like to be treated as such, I explained that customers keep the business afloat so that her Salary can be paid. She then tells me smugly that "capitec' Pays her salary. I told her I was done with the conversation and if capitec needs anything from me they need to have another consultant call me.

I then dealt with a young man named Zuko, he was the frienliest and most proffessional. I told him the manner in which she dealt with me was unacceptable. The poor man try to fix her mistakes and even apologising on her behalf. In a matter of minutes all my details were updated and my account was aligned with my salary. Consultants like Tashlynn should not be allowed to deal with clients. I hope that in future all capitec consultants may be Zuko's.
