Disgusting branch and bank ever
Capitec Hazeldean is the worst branch ever. I went there 3 times this week to close an account and to get a new card. Everytime I was told that I have to go to another branch. Today this lady told me it was due to load shedding. What utter nonsense as we were way past the scheduled time already. You will be held responsible for any charges raised against the account I wanted to close. I am now without a card for almost a week now due to your incompetence. Can't withdraw money, can't buy anything anywhere.

23 Mar 2021, 13:01This matter is not closed. I was at the Hazeldean branch on Saturday again. You can't even close my credit card. I will not be held responsible for any costs incurred on this card for the past 3 weeks. I still have not received any feedback from the branch.
