Disgusting behavior of capitec manager/staff member

I was at waterfront Bloemfontein branch and one of the managers was very rude tona client who went to ask about her funeral claim which she didn't understand this guy was very rude with her i even personally and some 5/6 people who were there decided we gonna close our accounts with Capitec sies it was a disgrace *** that's my contact number i can give u the ladys number if u need it i took it
