Disgusting bank

I keep threatening to close my account with them and it's high time I do. I received a letter from them indicating that I am in arrears with my loan account... How I don't know because I bank with them so before my salary clears I already get an SMS from them saying thank you for the repayment. I logged a complaint and today I have not received a response as to how. I only have 2 months left to pay my loan and I am in arrears. I have never skipped a payment. Then today I visited an old mutual branch to apply for a consolidation loan only to find out that I have a low credit score because of capitec and I owe them R10 and they have also not updated my payments with ITC... They captured the repayment amount and done so INCORRECTLY. I then went to capitec and behold there's a note on their system and I'm listed as potential *****. How the **** does this happen... Besides all of this I'm paying though my teeth for fees but debit orders and swipes are free... They are a mickey mouse bank.... My name is bad all over because of them... I will lodge a complaint with the NCR, credit ombudsman and also the banking sector... I'm sick and tired of them!!!! I will move to standard ban****
