Disgusting Attitude

<p>this service is disgusting, phoning my mothers place of work where her colleague answered to be asked when they will be paid in December due to debit orders. the story was to make sure she has enough in her account. first off there is already over R400k in there! secondly she has signed for the first of each month so why should it be any different? to rob people over the festive season? This is outright disgusting and not an isolated incident. What dam business is it of anyone at your call centre when my mother gets paid?!</p>
