Disgusting Attitude

<p>I am highly disgusted by the attitude i have been given for 2 consecutive days by a colsultant named Tinyiko at Capitec Bank on Fox Street opposite Carlton Center... All i wanted was to enquire yesterday and this morning i get there and ask how much i will get charged to get a new bank card as i have misplaced mine, buth this woman who is not customer orientated gave me such attitude and i could no longer take it and i asked what her problem is as she gave me attitude even yesterday. In front of other customers she pulled a face and said to me, (i give attitude to those who give her attitude, and i truly believe she was not refering to me as i was humble on occasions.)</p> <p> </p> <p>This is truly unacceptable.</p>
